The house is 3 km away from the village where you can find restaurants, shops, bars and other facilities. When you get down to the place you are just few steps away from the beach. If you are the adventurous type, you can drive jet-skis, kayaks, go on unforgettable paragliding with the help of a speedboat or try number of other marine activities in which you will surely enjoy.

Geographical and traffic position of Zaostrog allows visitors a half day trip or a full day trip. They can visit many natural, cultural and other sights and places along the Dalmatian coast. If you like trips to the islands, we recommend Hvar (ferry from Drvenik – 3 km from Zaostrog, the ride takes 30 minutes), Brac (ferry from Makarska – 35 km from Zaostrog) and Korcula (ferry from Drvenik – 3 km from Zaostrog, the ride takes 2 hours and 30 min).

Tourists can also go on their day trips along the coast all the way to the pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik (120 km from Zaostrog), to Split (90 km from Zaostrog), to the fertile estuary of the river Neretva (20 km from Zaostrog), to the fascinating Bacina Lakes (15 km from Zaostrog) or to the sanctuary of the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje (70 km from Zaostrog) and to Mostar (90 km from Zaostrog).

For those who have mountain spirit particularly interesting is a trip to the mountain where hiking trails to the slopes and peaks of Mt. Bokovo (St.Jure. – 1762 m) are marked. But you don’t need to be too far from your accommodation to enjoy the benefits of the mountain. The 40 km of beautiful cycling trails are passing along the coast of our Riviera, climbing and winding through old olive groves and ancient medieval village.
